Several men took a gamble and found themselves in police custody after a raid in the capital’s Chroy Changvar district on Saturday.

Police asked residents to cease gambling at a café in the area following reports from village authorities.

Ten men, however, didn’t heed the warnings and five of them were arrested while others escaped during the raid. KOH SANTEPHEAP
