A Korean national’s discovered love didn’t come cheap on Friday, after his juvenile attempts to impress a local lady with his driving skills left one motorcyclist in hospital.

The unlucky motorcyclist was making his way down Phnom Penh’s Norodom Boulevard when the Korean man crashed his car into him.

Witnesses said the Korean national was not paying sufficient attention to his driving, as he was fooling around with his ladyfriend, and stumped up $270 to cover his victim’s injuries and vehicle damage.
