Footloose thieves will go no more a-roving

A thief who had taken the trouble to travel from the capital’s Tuol Kork district to Kampot province to steal a motorbike from a rental house saw his efforts come to naught when he was promptly arrested by the police along with an accomplice living in Kampot province.

The Honda Air Blade was returned to its rightful owner and the two thieves found their rightful place in the police station.
