Footrace ends with cops getting half their prey

Cops in Oddar Meanchey province’s Samrong town are looking for the one that got away. On Tuesday, two people stole a motorbike belonging to a farmer, who was tending to his rice field.

The farmer reported the theft to police, who later tracked down the bike, and thieves. The suspects fled approaching police on foot, and while police caught one 28-year-old suspect, the other escaped arrest. KOH SANTEPHEAP
