A 23-year-old junkie gave new meaning to the term “stoner” in Phnom Penh’s Por Sen Chey district on Tuesday.

Police said the three victims were going for a leisurely stroll in the park when the druggie emerged from the darkness and began pelting them with rocks, causing head and back injuries to the perplexed pedestrians.

Patrolling police saw the event and managed to chase down and arrested the man.
