Foreigner sought in capital hit-and-run

A foreign man drunkenly crashed his car into a man on a motorbike in Phnom Penh’s Daun Penh district yesterday and fled the scene.

According to the second passenger on the moto, the car was driving into oncoming traffic.

Police said that witnesses determined the car’s driver was a foreigner, but his nationality is still unknown.

The moto driver, 30, was seriously injured and hospitalised while police continue the search for the reckless driver.
