Forgetting to lock the door nearly ends poorly

Three householders in Battambang’s Phnom Proek district came close to being cleaned out on Monday after an intruder was spotted trying to rob their home.

The trio were snoozing when one left the house to go to a club, and in a state of half sleep, forgot to lock the door.

A sharp-eyed thief spotted an opportunity and sneaked in and tried to get away with phones and some cash. Luckily, the careless victim returned in time, and police were called.
