Forgotten meds cost chef his motorcycle

An absent-minded cook fell victim to a stick-up on Friday in Phnom Penh, losing his moto in the process.

The elderly chef was riding to his boss’s house in the capital’s Por Sen Chey district, when he realised he’d left his medicine at home, so went to fetch it.

As he returned from fetching his medicine, two armed men sprang out about 500 metres from his employer’s house, relieving him of his motorcycle. The chef filed a police complaint.
