Two young Phnom Penh muggers got a crash course in running from the cops, but ultimately just crashed yesterday.

The hooligans tailed a woman in Boeung Keng Kang I commune yesterday, then ripped away her phone and sped off.

Thankfully, nearby officers noticed and pursued them until the boys wiped out.

Both were arrested and sent to the station while the mobile was returned to its proper owner.
