Four-year sentences as capital dealers cry foul

They complained of having their confessions beaten out of them, but five convicted drug traffickers – including four Cambodian-American returnees – were sent up for four years yesterday.

Police discovered 560 grams of marijuana and a small amount of meth at their Chamkarmon district home last June, where they alleged the suspects had poured more narcotics down the toilet when they heard the cops coming. The five suspects insisted the illegal goods were for personal use. THE PHNOM PENH POST
