Fumbling moto thief caught red-handed

A 28-year-old man was allegedly caught trying to steal a moto in Phnom Penh’s Russey Keo district on Friday.

The victim saw the man attempting to unlock his bike outside his home and alerted his neighbour, who called the district police.

The police were quick to respond and took the man away in handcuffs. It is not clear if he has been charged.
