Furniture flies at man after splash of puddle

A 24-year-old man was injured on Monday after he was allegedly attacked in Phnom Penh’s Por Sen Chey district by two men who were angry that he splashed water on them.

Police said the man and his pregnant wife were riding a motorbike home and drove through a puddle near the suspects, who cursed the man and hit him in the head with a chair.

The man filed a complaint to police demanding $2,000 in compensation, while the men were arrested. DEUM AMPIL
