Gambler goes bust, gets busted after theft

A gambler rolled the dice with his friendships when he allegedly stole two of his friends’ motorbikes and pawned them for $2,000, which he then swiftly lost at a gambling den in Phnom Penh’s Meanchey district on Friday.
