Gambling man also repeat drug offender

Police in Kampong Cham province got more than they bargained for when they raided an illegal gambling den in Tbong Khmum’s Memot district.

In the course of shaking the place down, Memot police stumbled upon a twice-convicted and jailed 30-year-old. Searching him, they found he had not one, but two bags of drugs on his person.

His previous convictions were also for using and retaining illegal substances. He is currently in custody at Memot police station.
