Gangsters play the quiet game after cop scolding

Nine village “gangsters” in Oddar Meanchey are free to raise havoc again after getting an earful from the cops on Wednesday night.

Police said the group had “polluted the nighttime atmosphere” with a drunken mix of shouting, revving motorbikes and racing through the streets.

After fed up villagers had enough, the cops swooped in and “educated” the lot.
