Getaway plan fails as moto crashes at scene

A 32-year-old robber insulted one student and injured another during a failed bag-snatching in Kratie town on Saturday.

A student and her friend were crossing the street when two motos swooped by and grabbed her bag.

As the thieves rushed to escape, they crashed into and injured another student on a motorbike.

Police caught up with one of the snatchers, but the other escaped by ditching his bike and disappearing into a crowd. KOH SANTEPHEAP
