Looks almost killed at a Kampong Chhnang province pagoda on Saturday when the glares exchanged at a dance ceremony reportedly led to a vicious brawl.

According to police, a 25-year-old man got into an argument with two other revelers after giving each other dirty looks. The duo left the pagoda but returned and attacked the victim.

The victim’s mother, who narrowly escaped being attacked by the pair herself, filed a complaint with the police.

Her son is recovering in hospital while the attackers are still at large. KOH SANTEPHEAP
