Going home just like old times: man still wanted

A 56-year-old man had a horrible homecoming after he found handcuffs waiting for him in Kandal.

According to police, the man, an ex-resident wanted for assaulting a neighbour five years ago, came back to town yesterday for the first time after the crime.

He allegedly slashed the victim’s back with a knife for using his boat without permission. Police were alerted to the man’s presence and he was sent to court on the same day. KAMPUCHEA THMEY
