One crook in Ponhea Krek district, Kampong Cham, learned on Sunday that while time heals all wounds, it certainly doesn’t erase outstanding warrants.

The suspect, 26, had been on the lam since last year for stealing a motorbike. On Sunday, police on patrol recognised the thief and pursued him.
