Greedy thief goes for seconds, gets jail cell

The ol’ double-dip proved a thief’s undoing in the capital’s Daun Penh district on Tuesday.

Police said a security guard had parked his bicycle in front of the business he was watching and went inside to use the bathroom.

While he was gone, an unemployed man quickly swiped the bike.

Not satisfied, however, the man soon returned to grab more items only to find the guard – who recognised him from security footage – waiting on him.
