Four youths were beaten by overzealous nightclub security guards and sent to the Ministry of Interior on Wednesday night in Phnom Penh.

According to witnesses, the four had gotten into a scrap with another group. Club personnel, however, were soon holding down and kicking the kids, leaving them covered in blood.

The delinquents were then sent straight to the ministry, where the club’s owner serves as a high-ranking official.
