The customer is not always right, as an alleged incident at a restaurant in Phnom Penh’s Tuol Kork district shows.

The man, 29, was leaving the restaurant when he realised he’d lost the ticket to claim his motorbike.

The restaurant guards would not allow him to take his bike even after he came back with his ID, according to police.

The man was furious and the guards reportedly hit him before police intervened. The man’s family filed a complaint with police. KOH SANTEPHEAP
