A 21-year-old made no pretensions to hide either of his brazen crimes on Thursday.

The man stole a hairdresser’s motorbike from a barbershop in Phnom Pen’s Tuol Kork district and then rode to his drug dealer’s house in Sen Sok district.

The hairdresser quickly noted the stolen moto and police matched the parked bike’s licence plate with the missing report. The thief was charged on Friday. KOH SANTEPHEAP
