Hand-touching leads to face-punching at club

A brawl over a gangster’s girlfriend in Kampong Cham town on Sunday spelled tough love for the six men arrested.

According to police, two groups confronted each other outside a club after one man accused another of touching his girlfriend’s hand on the dancefloor.

When the accused refused to apologise, a scuffle broke out and escalated until police intervened, though not before three men were left seriously injured.

The trio were hospitalised and later joined the others at the police station.
