A 35-year-old with sticky fingers was caught in the capital on Monday after an alleged bag snatching. Police said a woman, 25, was visiting Central Market and talking on her phone when the man grabbed her handbag and tried to flee.

She screamed for help, and a motodop chased the suspect down. As per tradition, the suspect received a slight beating before police arrived. The bag, which contained more than $260, was returned. KOH SANTEPHEAP
