From high to low: meth user nabbed by cops

A suspected meth user was caught by police in Pursat province’s Krakor district yesterday after snatching a woman’s purse from his moto.

The woman called for help and nearby police, out on patrol, managed to track the suspect down after about an hour. The victim’s bag was recovered and police found two small packets of meth in the thief’s bike. The suspect was sent to court. KAMPUCHEA THMEY
