Hit-and-run injures man, writes off moto

Kandal police are on the lookout for a hit-and-run driver who injured a moto driver on Wednesday.

According to police, the 50-year-old victim was driving home when he stopped on the side of the road to answer a phone call.

While talking to a relative, a car crashed into him from behind, knocking him out, breaking his leg and all but destroying his moto. The car didn’t stop but sped towards Phnom Penh. NOKORWAT
