Shooting the messenger might be passé, but it seems that arresting pawnbrokers over the theft of two motorbikes isn’t.
Military police swooped in on a pawn shop in Banteay Meanchey’s Poipet town on Sunday, arresting two men, aged 40 and 49, for receiving two motorbikes stolen from a market on Friday.
The suspects pleaded ignorance of the bikes’ provenance but police arrested them anyway. KOH SANTEPHEAP
