The house always wins, except against the cops

Police angling for the owners of an illegal gambling arcade featuring aquatic-themed games hooked two Malaysians on Tuesday night.

The pair were picked up in Siem Reap town on suspicion of running the gambling den. Police confiscated two arcade machines, two passports and last but not least, five plastic chairs.

The men were questioned at the police station before being dispatched to court.
