A guy and his gal lingering at a park at nightfall may sound like a romantic proposition – unless they’re dealing crystal meth.

A 25-year-old man and his girlfriend, 23, were arrested in Phnom Penh’s Chroy Changvar district on Wednesday for allegedly dealing drugs after police spotted the pair giving drugs to a shady character as they sat on a motorbike.
