Ichthyophile loses moto to his watery passions

A fish aficionado left his motorbike by the street last week to admire a well-stocked pond in the capital’s Prek Pnov district, only to get a rude shock when he turned around to find his motorbike missing.

An astute bystander, however, gave the motorbike owner the suspect’s description. The victim spotted the suspect cruising the street on his bike on Monday and called the cops.

The thief is now awaiting a court date.
