A motorcycle thief who took no precautions to hide or flee after making off with a Kandal man’s ride in January was charged with the theft on Tuesday.

The suspect was arrested on Monday night after police spotted him walking through town.

The devil may care 28-year-old confessed to nabbing the motorbike, but would not reveal where he had sold the moto or its buyer. RASMEI KAMPUCHEA
