Ill-chosen victim likely trouble for moto thief

A moto thief in Phnom Penh may regret messing with his latest victim. He kicked the 20-year-old university student from her bike after she didn’t heed his calls to pull over in Chamkarmon district on Monday night.

The cops, however, have an added impetus to track down this violent thief, as the victim in question is the daughter of a local Interior Ministry officer. If the suspect is tracked down, jail time could be the least of his worries. KOH SANTEPHEAP
