An imperfect getaway, as theft ring broken up

A ring of alleged moto thieves was busted on Monday in Phnom Penh’s Por Sen Chey district after purportedly stealing four vehicles from in front of a 58-year-old man’s house as he was having dinner inside.

Police said the five men were friends and were arrested at the same time in different locations. They were sent to court and allegedly confessed to stealing motos for the third time. KOH SANTEPHEAP
