Inconsiderate driving a signal of legal trouble

A man in Kampong Chhnang’s Kampong Tralach district was arrested on Sunday after his makeshift tractor supposedly caused a fellow motorist to crash into his backside.

Police said the 23-year-old driver from Pursat province was driving a vehicle loaded with firewood on Thursday night when the motorist, 29, drove into him.

The motorist’s family filed a complaint to police, who accused the tractor driver of causing the accident since his vehicle didn’t use any signals. The victim was hospitalised. KAMPUCHEA THMEY
