Number one rule for avoiding prison: Don’t point a gun at a police officer. A Phnom Penh man allegedly broke that cardinal rule on Monday after he and two friends were confronted by police for speeding on their motorbikes.
After a more than 10 minute chase, the 30-year-old whipped out a pistol to ward the cops off. Instead they surrounded and arrested him. His less trigger-happy mates, however, got away. NOKORWAT
