A Chinese tourist was the unlucky victim of a coordinated bag snatching in Preah Sihanouk on Friday. Police said a construction worker had joined forces with a motodop to commit the offence.

The pair were driving through the streets when they allegedly spotted the tourist and grabbed her bag, before making a speedy getaway.

Three days later police tracked them down arrested them, along with two accomplices who had hold of the bag. RASMEI KAMPUCHEA
