A reckless driver appears to have gotten away after totalling his or her Highlander jeep, wrecking a few other cars, and injuring a security guard.

The suspect’s car was flying at high speed when it crashed into the guard and four other cars parked outside a restaurant in Phnom Penh’s Tuol Kork district on Wednesday night.
