Joyful speeder deflated during a failed joyride

A man speeding in his Toyota Highlander on Monday night ended up running away on foot after destroying property in the capital’s Por Sen Chey district.

The impetuous hooligan failed to avoid three street barricades in time, resulting in a crash that severely damaged the hood of the SUV and punctured its tyres.

When driving his car away proved to be futile, the reckless wrecker deserted it and fled the scene. The abandoned car has since been impounded by the district police.
