Junkie sons attack when refused their allowance

A couple of ungrateful sons were arrested in Kratie town on Sunday for beating up their own mother after she refused to give them money for drugs.

Police said the boys asked her for $10, but knowing it would be used to for illegal substances, she refused.

According to neighbours who reported the crime, the boys became enraged and attacked her, slightly injuring one of her eyes.

The brothers fled, but were later arrested and have since been sent to court.
