Just a stone’s throw away from new moto

Let he who is without moto cast the first stone, or so the thinking went for two thieves in Phnom Penh’s Sen Sok district on Tuesday.

According to police, a university student was riding home on his moto when he was pelted from behind with rocks.

Seriously injured in the head, the young man fell from the bike, which was commandeered by the thieves.

The two men then made good their escape, and are still at large. KAMPUCHEA THMEY
