Kampong Speu stick-up man’s reign comes to an end

A member of a notorious Kampong Speu province gang, known to poison dogs and hold up drivers on Odong district roads, was caught red-handed by police stealing four mobile phones early on Monday morning.

The 22-year-old knave tried to get away when the police made their move as he left the phone shop he’d just burgled, but he was picked up and sent to court after confessing. Police are on the lookout for other members of the gang. NOKORWAT
