Kandal canine killer’s capers get him collared

An alleged serial dog killer in Kandal’s Kien Svay district was collared on Tuesday. Police said a local resident raised the alarm upon finding their dog poisoned, which had become a frequent occurrence in the area.

Nearby police chased down a suspect on his moto, finding an array of dog-killing paraphernalia on his person. The suspect reportedly confessed to killing many dogs, saying that he had, in truly idiotic fashion, been poisoning the dogs, then selling them as food. DEUM AMPIL
