Kandal scrooges rob disabled man: police

Police in Kandal province’s Kien Svay district are on the lookout for two men who allegedly robbed a disabled man on Tuesday.

The suspects allegedly knocked the 40-year-old victim out of his wheelchair – injuring one of his legs – and stole $50 from him, police said.

There were no witnesses to the alleged robbery, but the victim told police he got a good look at them and has provided a description of both assailants.

Police intend to arrest the suspects once they’re tracked down. DEUM AMPIL
