A man was arrested in Kandal‘s Sa’ang district on Saturday after a trying to dupe unsuspecting police into helping him steal a defunct motorcycle.

Police encountered the suspect standing next to a motorcycle he claimed wasn’t working.

The coppers helped the thief bring the moto to a repair shop, but then got a call about a stolen bike.
