A soldier, 30, was brought in for questioning on Wednesday in the capital’s Chamkarmon district, after his reckless driving badly injured a mother and her son. Police said the suspect had purchased medicine from a pharmacy before backing his car into the woman, 47, and her 10-year-old boy.
They were hospitalised shortly after. Adding insult to injury, the soldier proceeded to nail another car on his way out. Both vehicles and the suspect were taken by police. Koh Santepheap
