Korean’s speedy car no match for solid foe

Police in the capital’s Sen Sok district detained a Korean man early yesterday morning after he smashed his car into a cement drainage pipe on Street 105.

While nobody was injured, the front of the car was badly damaged.

Bystanders said the collision was exacerbated by a lack of natural light and the high speed with which the driver was taking the road.

The Korean did not attempt to flee the scene and was detained by police along with his car shortly after.
