Kratie cops conclude criminals’ cow caper

Police arrested five alleged thieves in Kratie town on Saturday.

Residents had been reporting having their livestock stolen frequently but had so far been unable to locate the perpetrators.

On Saturday, however, the thieves decided to steal a cow kept below a villager’s house.

The resident was able to alert the police, who then arrested the five.

The suspects admitted to turning the animals into their own cash cows.

They have been sent to court.
