A gang of delinquent teens were arrested in Battambang province on Sunday, after their moto-mounted hi-jinks attracted police attention.
Breaking curfew may not be a crime, but police suspected something else was afoot, especially as the 38-strong rabble were riding around on just 11 motos.
They were rounded up and taken to the station and, sure enough, 20 of the youths tested positive for drug use. Police allowed the clean teens to go home, the rest were kept for questioning.
