Three garment workers got caught skimming silk off the top on Saturday in Phnom Penh’s Sen Sok district.

The factory owner gave the three disloyal employees more than 3,000 shirts to wash, but when the fresh load was returned, the math didn’t check out.

The suspicious supervisor told police 500 shirts were missing and the thrifty thieves fessed up but said they already spent their unlawful windfall. Police are pursuing further legal action.
